The Search and Call Committee has been given access to a simple but powerful tool to help us identify which pastoral candidates are most likely to be happy at FCC — but to use it we need your help. We are asking each regular attendee (whether or not an official member) to complete a 15-minute “Attitudes and Values” questionnaire sometime in the next week. Your individual responses will remain anonymous; it is the overall group pattern that we need.
