To empower individuals with employment and life barriers to live higher-quality, more independent lives through customized, relationship-based, and goal centered supports.
Vision Statement
Preferred Employment & Living Supports (PELS) envisions a world where those with any kind of disability, either physical or mental, will be able to lead independent, high quality lives together with their friends and family.
The PELS Small Group Program participants will make the FCC Library their home base on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, while they help out with a variety of tasks, including weeding & trimming our building grounds and at our Saturday Breakfast Garden, paper shredding, and a variety of other tasks.
